Disaster, Crisis and Business Continuity Management Consulting
We analyze your hazards, build your crisis management structure and business continuity plan, and test them through drills. One goal: in a disaster, everyone knows what to do and your organization keeps running. We build your plans by adapting FEMA and NFPA approaches to Turkish legislation.

The Four Phases of Disaster Management
We adapt the internationally recognized disaster management cycle to your organization.

Mitigation
We reduce the impact of a disaster from the outset by securing furniture and equipment, addressing non-structural risks and protecting critical equipment.

Preparedness
We prepare your organization through an emergency plan, team organization, task cards, training and drills.

Response
We clarify the decision chain, communication flow, evacuation and first response steps during a disaster.

Recovery
We secure the restart of critical processes and the return to normal operations with a business continuity plan.
We Build Your Crisis Management Structure
In a disaster, who decides, who is in the field and who speaks must be clear from the start.

Crisis Management Team
We designate in advance the people who will decide, go into the field and manage communication, and prepare a task card for every role.

Crisis Communication and Warning
We set up the communication flow and ready-to-use messages so that the right information reaches employees, families, customers and the public at the right time.

Tabletop and Field Exercises
We run scenario-based tabletop exercises with your management team, test decisions under pressure and put the plan to the test in the field.
Business Continuity Planning
An organization that keeps operating after a disaster, built on the ISO 22301 approach.

Business Impact Analysis
We determine how long each process can tolerate downtime and what an interruption costs your organization.

Recovery Objectives
For each critical process, we define the maximum tolerable downtime and recovery priority.

Alternative Operating Arrangements
We prepare scenarios for alternative work sites, backup suppliers, remote working and crisis communication.
Our Deliverables
Audit-ready documents your organization keeps at the end of every engagement.

Our Approach
Many organizations have an emergency plan, yet it is unclear how well employees know it and whether they could carry it out during a disaster. Our Disaster, Crisis and Business Continuity Management Consulting goes beyond preparing a plan; it aims to make the plan workable and sustainable in the field. We combine disaster preparedness practices from the United States and Japan with Turkish legislation. Our work is based on Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, the Regulation on Emergencies in Workplaces, the Turkish Disaster Response Plan (TAMP) and the ISO 22301 business continuity standard.
