Dört Es Academy delivers theoretical and hands-on training in occupational health and safety, disaster and emergency management, Drill-Based Fire Training and hands-on office ergonomics. Our trainers include academics, physicians, physiotherapists, lawyers, psychologists and experienced specialists in their fields. We prepare training materials specifically for your organization and aim to take our national experience to the international stage.
Under the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Training of Employees, in force since 2 April 2026, basic training lasts at least 8 class hours in low-hazard, 12 in hazardous and 16 in very hazardous workplaces. It must be repeated every year in very hazardous, every two years in hazardous and every three years in low-hazard workplaces. We build your training calendar on this basis.
