According to the best scenario prepared by the World Health Organization, internationally,  233 million patients will apply to outpatient clinics, 5.2 million people will be hospitalized, 7.4 million deaths will occur. In our country, it will be affected by this situation and workplaces, schools, hospitals, social and collective living spaces etc. All institutions and organizations will be affected by this situation. 

To provide the information and framework that will help all individuals, institutions and organizations in our country to recognize the influenza pandemic, make the most appropriate preparations to fulfill their roles and responsibilities, and act in coordination in case of a pandemic. 

The Pandemic Influenza National Preparedness Plan aims to provide an outline of the minimum elements required for preparedness as well as ensuring optimal preparedness.
